Horizen Cafe is our breakfast restaurant situated 30 meters above Tiger Brennan Drive on Carey Street, boasting an enviable harbour and marina views. You can find us on Level 3 at Zen.

It is one of the best locations in Darwin to view the incoming storms and painted skies from the sunrise.

Breakfast:

Horizen Cafe is voted one of the best breakfasts in Darwin, and a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence winner for 2018 & 2017. Breakfast is a real treat here, where if you arrive by 7.30 am you can enjoy the sunrise over the harbour. The breakfast selection is great with eggs, bacon, beans, local specialties, hot dishes, amazing fruit salad, and other continental selections.

Open to guests and the public, come and enjoy a morning here.

If breakfast is included in your room rate it is an a la carte menu to the value of $22. Otherwise you may enjoy breakfast with a choice of any item individually. Included in our breakfast choices are the following items.

Lunch & Dinner:

We currently do not open Horizen for lunch or dinner. Our Level 16 Zen Rooftop Lounge is open daily from 3 pm for complimentary snacks, and we welcome you to bring a platter or order from delivery services while enjoying the view. A large range of drinks is available for purchase including beer, wines, cocktails, and soft drinks. Come up and enjoy the most spectacular view of Darwin.

Coffee & Drinks:

Come and enjoy a barista-made coffee, wine, beer, or soft drink in our outdoor lounge area overlooking the Darwin Harbour.

Other Meal Times:

Complimentary nibbles are available on the rooftop from 3 pm. Lunch and dinner services are currently not available. Feel free to order takeaway to the rooftop or your room, or use the fully self-contained cooking facilities in your room.
