We can try to request a cancellation with the online travel company, however in most cases it must come from the guest, according to their security policies.

Our policy is quite flexible at this time and booking direct with the hotel gives you the most flexibility. As a courtesy if you need to cancel, we ask that you do so as far in advance as is possible.

No additional charges, except for pricing differences, if there are any on future dates.

Since March 2020 we have treated every guest room as if it is infected, cleaning them with thorough techniques and materials and leaving vacant where possible.

Additionally, all of our floors are open with three sides of fresh air for ventilation and every air conditioner is a separate unit in every room, no central air con here. Plus all of the balconies are enclosed on three sides meaning you cannot come into contact with your neighbour.

Our staff are trained to practice good hygiene, and limit sharing of touchable items, along with enhanced cleaning schedules and procedures.

Common areas and high touch areas are cleaned regularly with disinfectant. Hand sanitiser is available in public areas. Rooms are cleaned and disinfected upon checkout. Rooms are not serviced in the first three days of stay to add additional safety between guests and staff. Linen is cleaned at a professional commercial cleaning facility.

If someone becomes infected, the health department will come and give them masks and gloves and escort them from the building not coming in to contact with any other guests or touching common areas. That lift will be locked off should this happen for the duration of the exercise.
